How am I billed?

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel any time.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you take bookings on one product with all the core booking tools, at no cost.

What counts as a bookable product?

Any product you set up for booking. The Free plan covers one, Starter up to three, and Pro is unlimited.

Do I need Pro for more than one space?

For several spaces on one product, yes. Two separate products sharing the same room works on every plan.

Which plan has deposits and booking emails?

Emails, your own questions and a gap between bookings are on Starter and up. Deposits, paid extras, classes and per-product hours are on Pro. Every plan takes bookings and payment on your Shopify checkout.

Do payments go through Shopify?

Yes. Booking and payment run on your normal Shopify checkout on every plan.

Does it work with multiple currencies?

Yes. Extras, deposits and discounts convert to the customer checkout currency under Shopify Markets.
